WILDCATS STARTING STRONG: It’s a quick start to the season for the Wichita Falls Wildcats which are unbeaten in the South Division and their lone regulation loss was suffered at the North American hockey League showcase in Blaine, Minnesota. Twelve players are back from last year’s roster, including much of their defense corps.

SPECIAL TEAMS SHOWDOWN: The Amarillo Bulls and the Wichita Falls Wildcats have combined for 21 power play goals thus far this season. The Bulls lead the NAHL in power play percentage while the Wildcats are third.

Wichita Falls has netted 10 first period goals and yielded just two. The Bulls have notched five first period goals but have also given up the same amount.
