RICK MATCHETT -- VICE PRESIDENT/GENERAL MANAGER
Rick Matchett begins his seventh full season with the Amarillo Bulls as Vice President-General Manager. He has been involved in Amarillo business since 1983 when he began his media career with KGNC Radio. Over the years, he has managed several successful media properties and has marketed and promoted many successful businesses and sports teams in that time. Rick has been involved with many organizations including Kids Inc, YMCA, March Of Dimes, Kiwanis, Southwest Ambucs, Rotary, and the Amarillo Executive Club. He currently serves on the National Professional Advisory Board of Texas Tech University College of Media and Communications and the awareness committee of the Coffee Memorial Blood Center.
Rick's main responsibilities are focused on business and marketing affairs of the club and its continued growth, including Season Tickets, Group Sales and Corporate Partnerships. He looks forward to the success and excitment of the Bulls' organization and the future ahead.
Rick and his wife Denise have a daughter and son.
AUSTIN SUTTER -- BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
Austin Sutter celebrates his 9th season with the Bulls. He joined the Bulls organization after a successful professional hockey career as a player and a coach of the Amarillo Gorillas of the Central Hockey League. A native of Red Deer, Alberta, Sutter played Division I College Hockey at Minnesota State University where he studied psychology and sports management. In 2009, Sutter was named the Central Hockey League's Man Of The Year for his noteworthy community presence in the Texas Panhandle. Austin currently serves as the Program Director for the Amarillo Youth Hockey Association. He and his wife Brandi reside in Amarillo with their sons Britton, Brekon and Barron.
KANDI DENNIS -- CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
Kandi is starting her fifth season with the Bulls. Her focus is helping people enjoy the game by selling tickets and having activities, games and prize drawings for fans. Kandi has been in customer service most of her life. Kandi was born in Colorado and has lived in California, New Mexico, North Dakota, and Panama, but now calls Texas home. Kandi has one son, Matthew, who recently graduated from Hudson High School in Hudson, Florida and a dog named Addi.
MARK SHELLEY -- DIRECTOR OF BROADCASTING/MEDIA AND COMMUNITY RELATIONS/ACCOUNT MANAGER
Mark Shelley begins his first season broadcasting Bulls Hockey. He spent the last two seasons as the play-by-play voice of Cornell’s Women’s Hockey team and broadcasting high school hockey in Ithaca, New York, following his time as the lead broadcaster for Mansfield University, his alma mater.
Shelley was a member of the on-air team that won the “Most Outstanding Radio Show” award from the New York State Broadcasters Association 2019, and his call of Mansfield University Basketball was selected as the Highlight of the Year in 2018.
