Four Games in Four Nights




AMARILLO, TX – One of the longest road trips of the season faces off for the South Division leaders, the Amarillo Bulls tonight (Thursday) when they visit the Odessa Jackalopes at Ector County Coliseum at 7 pm.

This game marks the start of four road games in four nights and will serve as the longest and toughest trip for the Bulls this season. The rest of the road swing includes a doubleheader against the Texas Tornado for the first time this season on Friday and Saturday at 7:30 pm at Dr. Pepper Arena. The two teams are separated by just two points for first place in the South Division with the Bulls leading the way. The trip wraps up on Sunday afternoon when the Bulls visit the Corpus Christi IceRays for a 3 pm puck drop at American Bank Center.

When the Bulls hit the ice against the Jackalopes it will be the fourth meeting of the season between the two teams. The Bulls have won all three previous games by two goals or less. Brooks Behling and Joe Kozlak each have two goals, while the goaltending combination of Gregg Gruehl and Mike Taffe have a goals against average of 1.00 in those three games.

Fans can listen to Thursday’s game live on ESPN1440 and fueled by UStream, beginning with The Bulls Warm Up Show Presented By Wayland Baptist University at 6:45 pm. Denis J. Puska has the hard-hitting action at 7 pm. The game is also available on Pay Per View courtesy of Fast Hockey and a high speed internet connection is required in order to view the game.

The Amarillo Bulls return to the Budweiser Bull Pen in the Amarillo Civic Center next Wednesday, Nov. 23 when they entertain the Wichita Falls Wildcats at 7 pm.
