Bulls Visit IceRays In Game 3 Tonight

CORPUS CHRISTI, TX — The Amarillo Bulls look to use their great regular season road record to their advantage tonight when they resume their South Division Semi-Final Series versus the Corpus Christi IceRays tonight (Thursday) at 7 pm at American Bank Center.

The Bulls trail the Best-Of-Five Series 2-0 and looking for a win to force a fourth game on Friday night. During the regular season, the Bulls were 22-3-2-3 away from home with losses coming in Shreveport (2) and in North Richland Hills (1). Amarillo had a mark of 5-0-0-1 in six games in South Texas.

Another stat that is in the Bulls favor is their play away from home in the post season, with a three game winning streak dating back to the 2014 playoffs, including back-to-back wins in Topeka to even the South Final and force a fifth and deciding game.

Corpus Christi won two tight games 6-5 with the second one coming in overtime. In game one, the IceRays led for just over two minutes, while the Bulls trailed for much of the second game but were able to rally back including a two-goal deficit in the final four minutes of regulation.
