Bulls Host Wildcats To Start 2nd Half Of Schedule





AMARILLO, TX – A second half of the season that features 18 home games faces off tonight (Wednesday) for the Amarillo Bulls.

The current No. 1 team in the North American Hockey League hosts the Wichita Falls Wildcats at 7 pm at the Budweiser Bull Pen in the Amarillo Civic Center. The Bulls have the best record in the entire league of 26-3-4 and lead the South Division by 10 points over the Texas Tornado.

It’s High Plains Food Bank Night hosted by Divine Wine. Fans are encouraged to bring a canned food by the Bulls Office or the Civic Center Box Office, and get Buy One Get One Free Ticket Voucher.

The Wichita Falls Wildcats have played the Bulls tough this season especially in Amarillo, including a 4-3 overtime victory back in late November. The Bulls have a six game winning streak coming into this game, while the Wildcats have just three points in their last six.

Tonight’s game starts a busy week of three games in four nights that continues on Friday and Saturday against the New Mexico Mustangs.

Friday’s game is Run From Your Relatives sponsored by Cattle Call. On Saturday it’s the return of New Years Eve Hockey. The Bulls will wear their special Kids Inc. Jerseys and a live auction follows immediately after the game with proceeds to benefit that organization. All Kids Inc. teams can receive a special group discount.
