AMARILLO, TX – It’s a busy night of activities and hard hitting exciting action (Friday) tonight at the Budweiser Bull Pen in the Amarillo Civic Center. The Amarillo Bulls return to home ice for the first time since late November when they host the Odessa Jackalopes at 7 pm.
It’s the 2nd annual Teddy Bear Toss in support of Toys For Tots. Fans are encouraged to bring a new or gently used Teddy Bear or Stuffed Animal to the game. When the Bulls score their first goal, fans are encouraged to throw the toys onto the ice. Teddy Bears and Stuffed Animals will also be available for purchase at the game.
The night is also sponsored by The People’s Federal Credit Union and fans can register to win money, a cooler and water for a year courtesy of Aqua One. Pet Savers will be in attendance to talk about the great work they do in the Texas Panhandle. There will also be Free Massages from Ace School Of Massage, and Santa Claus will make an appearance.
The red hot Bulls are 6-0-2 in their last eight games (23-3-4 overall) and lead the South Division by six points over the Texas Tornado. This is the Bulls last home game before Christmas and this terrific in-state rivalry is surely not to be missed.
Tickets for tonight’s game are available at the Bulls Office located at 301 South Polk, Suite 101, in the Amarillo Building; Civic Center Box Office and all Panhandle Ticket Outlets including United Supermarkets. Fans can also purchase tickets on line at www.panhandletickets.com.
