Bulls Busy At Top Prospects Event


TROY, MICHIGAN – The North American Hockey League Top Prospects Tournament gets underway Monday in Troy, Michigan.

Seven members of the Amarillo Bulls along with Head Coach Dennis Williams will be busy with games on opening day.

Brady Ferguson who will suit up for the Under 18 Selects plays at 4:30 eastern against Team Midwest. Blake Roubos who will play for Team Frontier is matched up against his current teammates, Head Coach Dennis Williams and Team Texas at 7 pm eastern, 6 pm central. Along with Coach Williams, goaltender Paul Berrafato, defenseman Connor Frey, forwards Gage Christianson, Omar Mullan and Mike Davis are part of the Team Texas roster. Former Bulls players Conor O’Neil, (Wichita Falls Wildcats), Zane Popilock, (Odessa Jackalopes), Matt Volonino (Odessa Jackalopes) will also be in uniform for Team Texas. Roubos will play with former Amarillo Bulls Dan Sherer, Kyle Sucher and goaltender MacCauley Haight who are with the Fresno Monsters. Meantime, forward Rick DeRosa is playing for the Great Lakes Team.
