NEWEST TENDER CARROLL LOOKS TO MAKE AN IMPACT QUICKLY

The Amarillo Bulls added to their group of forwards by tendering center, Chris Carroll. Carroll, an Islip, NY native, helped lead his 18u North Jersey Avalanche team to a #2 ranking in the nation this year, as well as a National Championship Runner-Up in the previous season. Carroll also comes to the Bulls having already committed to play college hockey at Merrimack University.

“I’d like to say that I’m extremely grateful for the opportunity to sign with Amarillo,” said Carroll. “The Bulls are a great organization with a proven history of success and I’m excited for what is to come in the future.”

The left-handed center racked up 37 points in 22 games in the 2019/20 season, adding two additional in one playoff game.

“Chris is a high quality center man who has been a staple in the Avalanche 18u line-up the last two seasons,” said Assistant Coach George Lewis. “We are excited to have Chris sign with our team. He will bring a high level of skill, compete and hockey sense to our line-up and we suspect he will contribute quickly.”
