WHAT IS AT STAKE THIS WEEKEND: This is a pivotal weekend for both teams in the South Division heading into the Christmas break. Should the Bulls win both games of the series, then they would climb to within two points of the 4th and final playoff spot in the South Division. A couple of wins by the IceRays put them two points ahead of Odessa for that 4th spot. The Jackalopes are off this weekend enjoying an early Christmas break.
ACROSS THE SOUTH: There lots going on in the South Division this weekend as the Wichita Falls Wildcats host the Lone Star Brahmas. After splitting the first two games, the Wildcats have rattled off four wins in a row. Meantime, the Topeka RoadRunners face the Springfield Jr. Blues for the 11th and 12 times this weekend.
