AMARILLO, TX – The Amarillo Bulls made the most of their time away from the Texas Panhandle.
The six-game, 13-day Ranch Rodeo Road Trip couldn’t have gone any better for the Bulls with six consecutive victories and they were also able to stretch their South Division lead to eight points.
The Bulls return home this weekend to the Budweiser Bull Pen in the Amarillo Civic Center as they host the Rio Grande Valley Killer Bees on Friday and Saturday at 7 pm.

RADIO SHOW RETURNS: The Amarillo Bulls Radio Show returns tonight at Seven Grill and Bar located on Soncy Road in Amarillo. Come welcome back the team after being away for the past two weeks. BULLS IN THE COMMUNITY: It was a busy Monday in the community for the team as players were at Coronado Elementary School as part of Bulls Against Bullying Program. In the evening, the players and Vice President/General Manager Rick Matchett were at the Nurse Partnership Guys Night Out.

FRIDAY, NOV. 22 VS. RIO GRANDE VALLEY KILLER BEES — 7 PM: It’s Military Appreciation Night presented by SiTel. All Military receive a free ticket with an ID, there will be an enlistment ceremony, yellow rose ceremony, and tribute to fallen heroes. It’s the return of the Family Four Pack with four tickets, four hotdogs, and four cokes for just $39 and the bring a buddy pack with two tickets, two hotdogs and two cokes for $20.
SATURDAY, NOV. 23 VS. RIO GRANDE VALLEY KILLER BEES – 7 PM: Come support the High Plains Food Bank. Bring two non-perishable food items or canned goods to either the Bulls Office or the Civic Center Box Office and receive $4 off a regularly priced adult ticket.

ROAD TRIP STATS:
THE WHEELS ON THE BUS GO ROUND AND ROUND: During the last two weeks on the road, the Amarillo Bulls covered a distance of 1,741.67 miles. The trip took them from Amarillo to North Richland Hills and then Corpus Christi before the final destination of Hidalgo, TX.
ROAD STATS: Tyler Gernhofer led the Bulls on the road swing scoring seven times, while Matt Sieckhaus had 12 points including nine assists. The Bulls tallied 29 goals in the six games, while yielding just 13. Eleven of the 29 goals were netted on the power play.
AMARILLO BULLS 4 – RIO GRANDE VALLEY KILLER BEES 2: A 3-0 lead in the first 30 minutes of the game proved more than enough for the Amarillo Bulls against the Killer Bees. Kyle Gattelaro scored twice, while Brady Ferguson and Matt Sieckhaus had the others. Sieckhaus and Roman Ammirato each notched two assists. Collin Delia stopped 23 of 25 shots he faced to post the win in goal.
AMARILLO BULLS 5 – RIO GRANDE VALLEY KILLER BEES 3: Timely goals at the end of the first and second periods proved key for the Amarillo Bulls in this contest. The Bulls scored at the end of the first to snap a 1-1 tie and then broke open a close 3-2 game with a marker near the end of the second. Tyler Gernhofer had two goals, while Brendan Vetter, Mike Davis and Brady Ferguson had singles. Gernhofer, Cody Gylling and Matt Siechaus each had two assists. Goaltender Paul Berrafato made 25 stops to post the victory in goal.
