AMARILLO, TX – The Amarillo Bulls will play a third exhibition game prior to the start of the North American Hockey League Showcase that starts next week in Minnesota.
The Bulls will travel this weekend to Onalaska, Wisconsin and face the Coulee Region Chill on Saturday at 7 pm at the Onalaska Omni Center Rink 2. This marks the second ever meeting between the Bulls and the Chill. The only other time the two got together was at the NAHL Showcase two seasons ago where the Bulls lost in a shootout 5-4.
The game will not be aired on Fast Hockey, but full broadcast plans will be known in a couple of days.
It was a .500 mark for the Amarillo Bulls in their two exhibition games this past weekend against the Wildcats in Wichita Falls. The Bulls won the first game 2-1 behind some sparkling goaltending of Colin Delia and a game winning goal by Ryan Stevens. In the second game, the Bulls yielded two goals in the final six minutes and were beaten 6-4.
