Bulls Raise $23,600 for Texas Panhandle Pet Savers

AMARILLO, TX – The Amarillo Bulls and their fans continue to give back to the community non-profit organizations.

The Texas Panhandle Pet Savers were the beneficiaries of a jersey auction immediately following Saturday’s game against the Lone Star Brahmas. That night the Bulls wore special purple jerseys in support of the great organization.

The Bulls raised $23,600 for the Texas Panhandle Pet Savers with Paul Berrafato’s jersey going for $3,700.

In the last four years the Bulls have raised more than $275,000 for charity including over $75,000 this year, alone.

The Amarillo Bulls are back on the road this weekend with a pair of games against the Corpus Christi IceRays at American Bank Center. Fans can listen to the game live on CBS Sports Radio 1440, www.amarillobulls.com and on PPV courtesy of Fast Hockey beginning with the Wayland Baptist University Warm Up Show on Saturday at 6:45 pm and Sunday at 2:45 pm. The puck drop is 7 pm and 3 pm, respectively.

Hockey returns to the Budweiser Bull Pen in the Amarillo Civic Center on Friday, Mar. 7 and Saturday, Mar. 8 when the Amarillo Bulls host the Topeka RoadRunners at 7 pm.
